how to use: Intake of 2 capsules daily, preferably at breakfast and mid-afternoon, with plenty of water (200 ml) is recommended

composition: 15 mg dry extract of Saffron (Crocus sativus), standardized to 2% safranal, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose and maltodextrin) and anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide).
