PRICE AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The prices and the availability of the products of www.stylepharma.com are valid except for typographical errors or end of stock.

The prices include I.V.A.

You can make tests and calculate the total cost of the purchase as many times as you consider appropriate, since the system will notify you clearly before finalizing the purchase.

Orders will be handled in strict order of receipt.

In case of running out of stocks of a requested product, the customer's order will be canceled with prior notice (except in cases where it is impossible to contact him) and a product with similar characteristics will be proposed.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash on delivery: the amount will be paid in cash at the time of receiving the merchandise. We will send you a confirmation email when we send your package. You will probably receive the package within 2-3 days.

DELIVERY TERM

All items visible on the web will be considered available in stock, unless it is indicated as "Out of Stock" on the product sheet.

Once the payment of any product has been confirmed and made, it will be sent by express service at no cost (See minimum order conditions without costs) and you will receive it within a maximum period of 3 to 4 days. For orders that do not reach the minimum amount required, the minimum and necessary fee will be charged to cover the delivery through the transport agency.

Shipments will be processed the same day of receipt and delivery to our transport agency will be made in the late afternoon to capture the maximum number of orders possible and not neglect any of our customers.

In the event that the product arrives with visible damage or deterioration due to transport, it will be exchanged for the same product in perfect condition without any additional charge, provided that you notify us of the incident within 24 hours after receipt of the order.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

At www.stylepharma.com our maximum objective is the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, we want to make sure that the product you have purchased meets your expectations. If not, you have 14 days from receipt of the merchandise to return it. Simply write us an email to orders@stylepharma.com indicating the order number and the product you wish to return and we will contact you to coordinate the return. The expenses derived from said return will be assumed by the client. The refund of the purchase will be made, in any case, upon receipt of the items in our warehouses, after checking the status of the merchandise, which obviously must be unused and in its original packaging. Once verified, the amount will be reimbursed (shipping costs not included) in the same mode in which the purchase was made.
